The 15th hole is home to "Na Capitana", the oldest thousand-year-old olive tree in Mallorca and listed as a Singular Tree by the Local Government.

In 2009, Golf Son Muntaner hosted the Mallorca Skins Game, with players such as José María Olazábal, Justin Rose, Martin Kaymer or Robert Karlsson.
