By browsing our website you have access to a contact form which you can use to submit any query connected with ACGM.

Meanwhile, ACGM also stages competitions via the website, for which your personal data will need to be collected. If you grant your consent, your contact details (name and email address) may likewise be transferred to our members or partners in order to allow you to receive information of interest directly from them.

If you take part in a competition, and grant your consent, your data may be transferred to our associate golf courses and partner organisations.

To this end, measures have been implemented in order to avoid any loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data provided by users via the Website, although you should be informed that Internet security measures are not impregnable.

ACGM undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality as regards the personal data registered, in accordance with the applicable legislation, and to process them securely.
