5. Raffle & Prize-giving
The raffle will take place on the 10.04.2023 at the ACGM office (C/ Son Niu 15, Santa Margalida 07450, Mallorca).
1. The winner will be announced on the mallorcagolfisland.com website, posted on social media, contacted by phone or will receive an email to the registered email address.
2. The winner must prove their identity document or passport when collecting the prize.

If you grant your consent, your data will be used in order for you to be sent communications by the Association, the purpose of which is to promote the Golf Courses of Majorca, in addition to partner organisations connected with the sector. Your data may be transferred to Golf Courses belonging to the ACGM and partner organisations, with prior consent, in order to allow them to send you promotional or advertising communications. The information about the Golf Courses belonging to the ACGM and its partner organisations may be consulted on our website (www.mallorcagolfisland.com/es/) You may grant your consent on the competition entry form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying acgm@mallorcagolfisland.com.
Your data will be stored for as long as the relationship with you remains in place and you do not request that they be erased.

7. Acceptance of the conditions
By taking part in the competition you explicitly accept the competition conditions. With regard to the purpose of communications sent by both the ACGM and the Golf Courses and partner organisations, this will occur only if you explicitly grant your consent by means of the competition entry form itself.
